Jude Gove is a Scottish designer and maker creating handmade leather accessories from her home studio in Scotland. Originally trained in jewellery at Dundee’s Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, she later developed a passion for working with leather and wool felt.
Each purse, clutch, and wallet is individually designed, cut, and stitched entirely by hand - Jude prefers not to use a machine, giving each piece its own character and craftsmanship. Her work focuses on simple, practical shapes, distinctive colour combinations, and high-quality natural materials.
Drawing inspiration from the landscapes around her and from her travels, Jude uses the tones and textures of the land as her colour palette. She sources soft leather hides and pure wool felt in complementary contrasts, creating accessories that are functional, beautiful, and made to last a lifetime.
