Founded in 2025 by designers Dan Jackson and Lulu Davey, OINK is an aware-winning Dorset-based design studio creating thoughtfully crafted homewares, furniture and bespoke commissions from a workshop on their family farm.
Their process-led practice brings together Dan's expertise in furniture making and Lulu's background in graphic design, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern machining to create playful yet refined pieces for everyday living. Working exclusively with responsibly sourced timber, OINK's collections celebrate honest materials, experimentation and enduring design.
Dan Jackson is the furniture designer and maker behind every piece produced by OINK. With over a decade of experience across independent studios and internationally renowned institutions, including the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne, the Imperial War Museum and the Science Museum in London, he approaches each project with curiosity, technical skill and a passion for creative problem-solving. His continual exploration of materials and production techniques informs OINK's distinctive balance of function, character and craftsmanship.
Lulu Davey leads OINK's visual identity, overseeing everything from branding and art direction to packaging and storytelling. Having worked with leading studios and global brands including Stella McCartney, Estée Lauder and Studio XAG in London and Melbourne, she brings a refined eye and thoughtful perspective to every aspect of the studio's presentation. Her work ensures that every touchpoint reflects OINK's playful spirit, considered craftsmanship and commitment to beautifully designed everyday objects.
